Free shipping worldwide on orders over € 250
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the NORVEGR terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to NORVEGR, whose applications are acceptable to NORVEGR and who have authorised NORVEGR to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose the appropriate payment provider who will handle your payment.
3. We will send you a confirmation and invoice by email.
You will be charged in Euros (€). If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. By default, product prices are VAT exclusive. Local sales tax or import duties and VAT arising at the delivery destination are not included in the price of the products. For Norwegian customers VAT will be charged in the checkout process.
All orders are shipped for free in Norway.
Standard contribution to the freight cost in Europe is € 38. Orders exceeding € 250 are shipped for free.
The rest of the world:
Standard contribution to the freight cost for the rest of the world is € 48. Orders exceeding € 250 are shipped for free.
For all shipments:
Please allow three weeks lead time plus shipping time for our down products, as we make them to order in our factory. The lead time for bed linen is four weeks plus shipping time as this comes in from Italy. If you order down products and bed linen we will ship the items all together once the bed linen comes through our factory door.
We ship our products by DHL to countries within Europe and by the Norway Post within Norway and to the rest of the world (The Norwegian State Post). DHL delivers to your door while the Norway Post works with the postal service in your country and the delivery routines vary from country to country. Depending on the routines in your country your order will be delivered to your door or it will arrive at your post office where you can collect it. The parcel can be tracked once it is picked up at our factory, and we will email you the tracking number. Express delivery can be arranged upon request, at an additional cost subject to the carrier’s rate. NORVEGR ships to all countries that the Norwegian law permits us to ship to.
If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The item(s) must be shipped back to us in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase, and then we will refund your money. Returns that are used, damaged or will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
We will use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
