Pricing Policy:
You will be charged in Euros (€), GBP(£), USD($) or NOK, depending on your choice. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in any of these currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. All product prices at norvegr.com include import duties and/or VAT worldwide. No hidden charges and no disappointments.
Shipping
Norway:
Europe:
Standard contribution to the freight cost in Europe is $50. Orders exceeding $1000 are shipped for free.
The rest of the world:
Standard contribution to the freight cost for the rest of the world is $80. Orders exceeding $1000 are shipped for free.
For all shipments:
Please allow three weeks lead time plus shipping time for our down products, as we make them to order in our factory. The lead time for bed linen is four weeks plus shipping time as this comes in from Italy. If you order down products and bed linen we will ship the items all together once the bed linen comes through our factory door.
We ship our products by DHL to all countries except for Norway, where we ship by The Norwegian State Post. DHL delivers to your door while the Norwegian State Post delivers to your local post office/pickup point. Your parcel can be tracked once it is picked up at our factory, and we will email you the tracking number. NORVEGR ships to all countries that the Norwegian law permits us to ship to.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please email us at hello@norvegr.com. The item(s) must be shipped back to us, in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase. Norvegr does not cover the return shipping, so if you choose to have us handle the return by our courier, we will refund your money minus the return shipping cost. Returns that are used or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund will be refused. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
Custom made or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Privacy Policy
We will use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
